My name is Kelly van Eijndhoven. I live in Son en Breugel, in the south of the Netherlands. In 1994, when we got our Bernese Mountain dog ´Tessa´, it al started. I started training obedience with her. In 1997 Gizmo came into our lives. I also started training with her, obedience and agility. In 2000 Thyra came and I trained agility with her. Tessa died in 2004. With my 2 Jack russel Terriers, Gizmo and Thyra, I have always been very active in obedience and agility. But when they started getting older I was looking for a bigger dog to stay active with in agility and obedience.

Looking for a friendly, intelligent and active breed I found the Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. After a couple of years of research and watching this breed, in 2005 Eshra joined our little pack. My first Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. And what I was looking for, I all found in her. A lovely, very friendly and very active dog. She is great! "Suffering" from the Tollervirus, in 2007 Mayla came into my life. Also a great dog with great personality. I'm training and competing in Agility and Rally-o/Obedience with them. And I'm visiting dogshows regularly. In november 2009, the first Alba Nuadh litter was born, and the girl, Stevie, stayed with us, She is a great girl, great personality and love to work with.

I teached obedienceclasses on a dogschool in Eindhoven for 12 years. Since 2008 I wanted to spend more time on my own dogs to train and compete in Agility and Rally-Obedience,  so I stopped giving Obedience classes to others.

In 2003 I got my KK1 certificate. Since 2006 we were making plans to breed. Also in 2006 I registered my Kennelname: ALBA NUADH. Which means Nova Scotia in Gaelic. When planning a litter, health, character and looks were very importand.  November 2009 the first Alba Nuadh litter was born.

I'm a member of the Vereniging voor de Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Club Nederland, and the Belgium Tollerclub
